Plunkett Proposal Management exists to help organizations compete more effectively for complex RFPs and competitive bids.
 

For more than 15 years, I have supported public and private sector proposals by providing calm, experienced leadership through high-stakes, deadline-driven processes. My role is to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to proposal efforts so organizations can submit responses that reflect their strengths and meet evaluator expectations.
 

I work as an extension of client teams, leading proposal strategy, coordinating contributors, and ensuring quality and compliance from start to finish.
